Anna Mikulska

Anna Mikulska is an expert on European energy markets and energy policy. She was previously a senior fellow at the Kleinman Center and is currently a graduate coordinator and lecturer at the Russian and Eastern European Studies Department at Penn.
Angela Pachon is the research director at the Kleinman Center. She oversees the research agenda, manages the research grants and the visitor scholar programs, and develops scholarship and research collaborations across campus and beyond.
Benjamin Paren is an alumni research fellow at the Kleinman Center and a postdoctoral research associate in the Research Laboratory of Electronics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

John Quigley

is the founding director of the Center for Environment, Energy & Economy and Lecturer in Sustainability at the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and a member of the Kleinman Center’s Advisory Board.
Benjamin Schmitt is a joint senior fellow at the Kleinman Center and the School of Arts and Sciences. He previously was a postdoctoral research fellow and project development scientist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics.
Jennifer Wilcox is currently serving at the U.S. Department of Energy, on leave from the Kleinman Center. Her research expertise is in carbon capture and sequestration technologies, in order to minimize the negative impacts of fossil fuels.
