Angela Pachon manages our faculty grants program and develops scholarship and research collaborations across campus and beyond. She is also the author of many policy digests. She comes to the Kleinman Center with more than ten years of international experience as a regulatory economist. From 2006 to 2012, Pachon was a policy advisor to the Ontario Energy Board where she participated in the development of regulatory initiatives for gas and electricity utilities. Prior to that, she served as an analyst and consultant at NERA Economic Consulting in London, England.
Pachon earned her master of science in local economic development from the London School of Economics, and her B.S. degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, in Bogota, Colombia.
