Research Assistant

Kayla Main assists with research initiatives for the Kleinman Center and Energia, an international network supporting gender equity and sustainable energy progress, and their partners, such as Solar Sister. She was previously a technical strategist, partnering with early and mid-stage companies to implement impact-driven technical and digital strategies. She is pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on environmental policy. Her interests lie primarily in global energy equity and implementation and leveraging technical innovation for more equitable and just energy transitions. She has worked across industries, including supply chain, healthcare, and social impact.
