Arwen Kozak

Senior Research Coordinator
Arwen Kozak is the senior research coordinator at the Kleinman Center, where she helps to coordinate research, programming, and strategic initiatives across the Center. She works closely with leadership to support faculty research, coordinate projects, and help move ideas into events, publications, and other outputs.
Her research interests include critical mineral supply chains, the geopolitical dimensions of the energy transition, and the policy frameworks needed to support a just and durable transition. She is particularly interested in how international supply chain relationships shape energy outcomes.
Arwen holds a Master of Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in environmental policy. Prior to joining Penn, she taught high school physics and mathematics in Germantown.
