Arwen Kozak assists with research and programming initiatives at Kleinman, supporting visiting scholars, students, and grant recipients. She is currently a master of environmental studies student at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in environmental policy. Her research focuses on critical mineral supply chains, just transition policies, and the role of geopolitics in energy transitions, with a regional emphasis on Africa and the Middle East. Prior to joining Penn, she taught high school physics and math in Germantown.
