Tommy Zeng

Student Advisory Council Member

Tommy Zeng is a second-year J.D. candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he researches on international law issues related to climate change. He graduated from Penn in 2025 with a B.A. in Political Science and completed an honors thesis addressing global climate governance in the face of geopolitical tensions. He was also a Kleinman Center Student Fellow in Spring 2025.
