Rachel Bina is a junior in the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business studying Economics at the Wharton School and International Studies and Russian at the College of Arts and Sciences, with a concentration in Operations, Information, & Decisions. She has a particular interest in the energy industry and the modernization of the energy grid.
