Energy & Infrastructure Outlook in Latin America
Watch the Recording:
After six years of economic slowdown, how is Latin America funding its massive infrastructure needs? And how is the region transitioning to cleaner sources of energy, despite a great dependency on mineral extraction? Kleinman Center Research Director Angela Pachon will moderate a discussion as part of the Wharton Latin America Conference.
The 2018 Wharton Latin America Conference will take place in Philadelphia on March 23rd and 24th. The 8th edition of the fully student-led initiative brings together more than 300 CEOs, government leaders, captains of industry, young professionals and students in an open dialogue about the rising opportunities and challenges that Latin America faces. Talks will be conducted on economic and business trends across the region: growing inequality, climate change, smart urbanization, investment opportunities, technological disruption, fast-growing FinTech and StartUp scenes.
Paid conference registration is required to attend this panel. Discounts are available to the Penn community. To learn more about the conference and register to attend, please visit the conference website.
