Marvin Schlanger is the former chairman of the Supervisory Board of UGI Corporation and a member of the Kleinman Center Advisory Board.
Frederick Steiner is dean of the University of Pennsylvania Stuart Weitzman School of Design and a member of the Kleinman Center Advisory Board.
Staff
Bill Cohen is the associate director of operations, programming, and data analytics. He oversees financial and office operations, manages the center’s events and programming, and works closely with all staff to implement the center’s research strategy.
Sanya Carley is the Mark Alan Hughes Faculty Director of the Kleinman Center and Presidential Distinguished Professor of Energy Policy and City Planning at the Stuart Weitzman School of Design.
Cornelia Colijn is the executive director of the Kleinman Center. She envisions, plans, and manages all center programming, while building connections with students, faculty, and leaders in the energy industry.
Mark Alan Hughes is director emeritus of the Kleinman Center. During his time as faculty director, he led the Center and wrote on topics ranging from deep decarbonization to the future of Philadelphia’s energy landscape.
Thabo Lenneiye is the managing director of the Sustainable Agriculture Fund. She’s responsible for operationalizing the fund, launching initiatives focused on sustainable agriculture, and framing a research agenda that intersects with energy policy.
Angela Pachon is a special advisor the Kleinman Center and was previously the Center’s research director. She advises on the research agenda, research grants and the visitor scholar programs, as well as developing scholarship and research collaborations.
Lindsey Samahon is the director of communications at the Kleinman Center. She develops new content, prepares research for publication, and serves as the center’s press contact.
Oscar Serpell oversees all student programming, alumni engagement, faculty and student grants, and visiting scholars. He is also a researcher, writer, and policy analyst working on research initiatives with students and Center partners.
Mollie Simon is the senior communications specialist at the Kleinman Center. She manages the center’s social media accounts, drafts newsletters and announcements, writes and publishes content for our website, and regularly posts to our blog.
Andy Stone is producer and host of Energy Policy Now, the Kleinman Center’s podcast series. He previously worked in business planning with PJM Interconnection and was a senior energy reporter at Forbes Magazine.
Kimberle Szczurowski is the financial administrative coordinator at the Kleinman Center. She keeps the Kleinman Center humming along, especially in the areas of budgeting, scheduling. and event planning.
