Energy Week Lightning Talks

This year’s Energy Week at Penn featured six student “lightning talks,” fast-paced, TED-style presentations in front of a live audience and panel of judges. Mayesha Ahmed, a PhD student in chemistry, won the audience award for her talk on artificial photosynthesis. VIPER student Max Huang won the judge’s award for his talk on green hydrogen. The event was hosted by the Vagelos Integrated Program in Energy Research, Vagelos Institute for Energy Science and Technology, and Kleinman Center for Energy Policy.
