Event Summary
Interested in a career in the energy sector? The Kleinman Center will host a panel discussion between accomplished alumni working in the field of energy which will focus on preparing students for a successful entrance into the energy sector. Panelists will discuss their career trajectories, the lessons they have learned, the trends that they observe, and will offer recommendations to students interested in entering this sector. This program will be an invaluable opportunity for students and advisors.

Rob Janssen
Senior Vice President, Kelson EnergyRob Janssen is a senior vice president of Kelson Energy and recently served as the general manager of New Athens Generating Company and as the chief commercial officer for Dogwood Energy. Janssen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Penn.

He leads investment strategy, capital formation, and institutional partnerships.
Craig Glazer
Vice President of Federal Government Policy, PJM InterconnectionCraig Glazer serves as the vice president of federal government policy for PJM Interconnection. In this capacity, Glazer coordinates all of PJM’s regulatory and legislative policies before Congress, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commissions, the United States Department of Energy and other agencies.

She leads initiatives like Solarize Philly to expand residential solar and sustainability. She holds degrees in environmental science and policy from Penn.
Ryan Hledik
Principal, The Brattle GroupRyan Hledik is a Principal of The Brattle Group. He is also an alumni policy advisor at the Kleinman Center. His consulting practice focuses on regulatory, planning, and strategy matters. His work on the grid edge has been cited in federal and state regulatory decisions, as well as in the media.
