Sam Wong is a third-year law student at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, focusing on energy regulation and climate law. He is also pursuing a certificate in Energy Management & Policy from the Kleinman Center and is a member of the Kleinman Center’s Student Advisory Council.
