Julian Brubaker

Julian Graybill Brubaker is a second-year master’s student at Penn’s School of Social Policy & Practice, enrolled in an MS in Social Policy program with a concentration in Data Analytics. He is also completing a certificate in Energy Policy and Management from the Kleinman Center and is a member of the Kleinman Center’s Student Advisory Council.
