e-Resources

Through Penn Libraries, the University community has access to vital academic and professional resources related to energy and energy policy, including books, news services, databases and scholarly journals, government and industry reports, and more.

The Kleinman Center, in conjunction with Penn Libraries, is compiling and expanding the energy policy resources available to the University. Included on this site is a broadly curated inventory of University-restricted and publically available online portals, providing extensive access to the powerful data necessary for informed policy research. The list is divided into internal Penn resources (Pennkey required) and public resources.
